Utah Backyard ADUs ("we," "us," "our") is a licensed Utah general contractor building accessory dwelling units. This policy explains what information we collect through utahbackyardadus.com and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us at smlsamlewis@gmail.com.
When you submit our free estimate form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city or area, the type of ADU you're interested in, and any additional notes you include. We don't ask for or collect payment information on this site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Estimate requests submitted through this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to us by email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to that transmission; see Formspree's privacy policy for details.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google's gtag.js) to understand which visits to this site result in a form submission. This helps us measure whether our advertising is working; it does not give us access to your personal browsing history on other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Ad Settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely.
This site uses standard cookies associated with the Google Ads tag described above. We don't currently use cookies for any other tracking or personalization.
You can ask us to delete the contact information you've submitted at any time by emailing smlsamlewis@gmail.com. We'll remove it from our records except where we're required to keep it (for example, signed contracts or permit paperwork tied to a completed project).
If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
